The Kawasaki Brute Force 750 4×4i was designed to be nimble and responsive, a machine that quickly responds to rider input, and with its fuel injection system, a quick jab on the easy-to-depress throttle delivers a burst of power that allows the rider to control the machine’s attitude to help clear obstacles. The digital fuel injection system with 32-bit CPU delivers quick throttle response and automatically adjusts the fuel mixture at altitude. A butterfly valve that rotates on ball bearings combined with a light return spring provides quick response and a light touch to operate. Large-capacity radiator provides consistent cooling, allowing closer engine tolerances, quieter running, ultimate durability, thermostatically-controlled fan keeps engine cool even at very low vehicle speeds. It has independent front and rear suspension, exclusive variable limited slip front differential and sealed rear brake system.
The Voyager is equipped with full touring amenities like a large frame-mounted front fairing and windshield, leg shields, ample storage, audio system and six-speed transmission with overdrive, but it has high-tech features like Kawasaki’s first fully electronic throttle valve (ETV) system with built-in cruise control. It has improved heat management with a revised front exhaust cover and hot air guide plate behind radiator. It has a large front fairing and windshield to help block the wind for increased rider comfort. The fairing is mounted to the frame to help maintain light steering. Retro-style dashboard is located within the fairing with a 1960s-style speedometer and digital audio system display. Large steel box-section backbone frame is very rigid and helps contribute to high stability and lightweight handling at low speeds. Shorter wheelbase adds to the Vulcan 1700’s low-speed agility. Low profile reduces seat height (28.7 in) for an easier reach to the ground. LED taillight provides excellent visibility when activated, and makes a strong visual statement with chrome surround. Tank, seat, fenders, saddlebags and details designed with a classic 1960’s feel. Adjustable front brake and clutch levers and master cylinders enhance rider comfort and styling.
The 2010 Teryx LE has a new forward-tilting hood that provides a distinctive new style and easy access to the radiator and front suspension. Revised bed frame is more rigid to resist warping, larger radiator fan and hose improves cooling efficiency, slightly higher flywheel mass for improved torque feeling, coolant reservoir relocated under hood for easier access. It has a powerful, liquid-cooled fuel injected V-twin engine, wide-track chassis, independent front and rear suspension, fully automatic transmission, and sealed rear brake system.
